Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
• Proven experience operating heavy construction or landscaping equipment.
• Clean driving record and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and project specifications.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in all field operations.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team‑oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction and landscaping equipment including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders.
• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites using a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation for landscape construction projects.
• Follow project plans, site layouts, and supervisor instructions to meet project specifications.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies on and off the road.
