Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a CDL A Driver for the Albuquerque DC to deliver beverages to retail locations across designated routes. The role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and courteous customer interactions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and accurate record-keeping. Candidates should be 21+, possess a valid manual transmission capable license, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations.
• Safely load and unload beverage products and stock back rooms/back stock areas as requested.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Utilize devices or documentation to confirm deliveries and track inventory; communicate with logistics team and supervisors about progress and issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store staff.
• Complete all required training and attend meetings as assigned.
