Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a CDL A Driver for Tempe, AZ, to safely deliver beverages to retail locations and manage loading/unloading, inspections, and accurate record-keeping. You will work with logistics to maintain inventory, interact with store personnel, and uphold vehicle cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while adapting to weekend and holiday schedules. Training and meetings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a driving record per Swire policy.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and adapt to flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations.
• Load and unload beverage products; stock back rooms as requested by store/management.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries and track inventory; collaborate with logistics to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete all assigned training and attend meetings as assigned.
