Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a CDL A Driver to operate delivery vehicles and ensure timely, accurate beverage deliveries. The role includes loading, pre-trip inspections, and coordination with the logistics team. You will interact with store personnel and maintain records of deliveries.

Base pay is $31/hour with an available bonus structure based on role and location. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and being at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations.
• Load and unload beverage products and maintain back rooms/back stock areas as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries and track inventory.
• Communicate with supervisors and dispatchers about progress, delays, or issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and interact professionally with store personnel.
