Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required.
• Interstate license required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles and follow routes and schedules.
• Load/unload beverages and stock back rooms as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Use devices to confirm deliveries and track inventory; coordinate with logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and interact professionally with store staff.
• Maintain CDL-A license and complete training.
