Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a CDL A Driver to safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle and ensure timely beverage distributions to retail locations. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with a 4:00 AM–12:30 PM window and pay of $32.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; capable of lifting and moving heavy beverage cases repeatedly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations.
• Safely load and unload beverage products and stock back rooms as requested; manage pallets and product movement.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and coordinate with the logistics team.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and delivery area.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store staff and managers.
• Complete all assigned training and participate in meetings or special projects as needed.
