Job summary

Universal Health Services in Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor CDI to lead the CDI team under the CDI Manager. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide documentation quality efforts, and support enterprise clinical documentation initiatives across the network.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem-solving, and advanced CDI expertise to drive clinical documentation improvement and operational excellence within VHS and UHS family facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of CDI experience with quality improvement projects.
• RN license in Nevada or International Medical Graduate eligibility; CCDS/CDIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to the CDI team under the CDI Manager.
• Lead planning, development, and implementation of the Clinical Documentation Management Program.
• Support departmental goals and pursue clinical and operational excellence in improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills to advance documentation quality.
