Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a CDD Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in Manchester or Crawley.

Purpose of the Role:

Join our dynamic remediation project team, where you'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring deadlines are met and providing crucial support to operational teams to tackle outstanding requirements.

As a CDD Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Channelling for several different departments and gatekeeper for contact going out to the Clients.
• Managing WIP (work in progress) of Client entities though to completion.
• Initial outreach and queries - passing them onto the correct personnel or dealing with these.
• Encouraging and managing the return of responses to recontact and supporting with requirements.
• Monitoring of deadlines and requirement for cases to go through CMP.
• Weekly or fortnightly touchpoints with FSB. They will also checking recontact requests for English comprehension and a general sense check of what is being asked. Additional responsibilities include: Team mailbox monitoring (for own FSBs) Manage own WIP using Power BI and Ageing dashboard and regular updates to stakeholders.

What we require from the candidate:

• CDD/AML knowledge or experience.
• Banking experience is beneficial.
