Job summary

Bloom Behavioral Therapy seeks a licensed Child and Family Therapist to join our school-based program in Greenville, SC. You will provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers, using evidence-based approaches and psychoeducation within a collaborative clinical team.

We offer on-campus office space, HIPAA-compliant systems, full administrative support, and a schedule aligned with the 180-day school year.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW/LMSW-CP license in South Carolina.
• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• 1 year of post-graduate experience in a clinical counseling role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes meeting insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and school staff.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive clinical team, and school.

Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:

• Active LMSW/LMSW-CP License
• 1 year of experience post graduate school
• Passion for working with children and systems
• Experience in a clinical counseling role
• Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
  • Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues.
