Job summary

Bloom Behavioral Therapy in the Carolinas is seeking a Child and Family Therapist to provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and caregivers. You will write comprehensive notes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and caregivers using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.

Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:

• Active LMFT/LMFT-A License
• Passion for working with children and/or families
• Experience in a clinical counseling role
• Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
  • Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues. *Additional compensation may be available.
