Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking local Class A Experienced Port Drivers to support operations across Long Beach, Moreno Valley, LA and So-Cal locations. The role offers home daily and a flat pay structure per move.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months rail and manual tractor-trailer experience, chassis and container knowledge, and a clean driving record. Hazmat is a plus; benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months rail experience.
• Must be 21 years or old.
• Minimum 6 months manual tractor trailer work experience.
• Must have chassis and container experience.
• No major accidents / tickets in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• Hazmat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate local Class A routes, delivering to Long Beach, LA, Moreno Valley and So-Cal locations.
• Drop and hook (no touch freight) and home daily operations.
• Maintain safety and regulatory paperwork for each move.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and route efficiency.

UISI is seeking local Class A Experienced Port Drivers

Shifts Available:

• AM- shift
• Monday - Fridays
• 5am-7am start time
• Averaging 10+ hours daily

The ideal candidate must be able to go to Long beach, Moreno valley, LA, So-Cal Locations.

Pay:

Drivers are averaging 1500-2100 a week. Flat rate structure based on a zip code to zip code format. A driver is paid for each move they perform.

Requirements to apply:

• Must have 6 months rail experience
