Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is hiring local Class A drivers for the 1st shift in Compton, CA.

This position offers home daily routes, drop and hook freight, and a 401(k) with health benefits. Typical shifts start early (5am–7am) and run about 10+ hours daily across Long Beach, Moreno Valley, LA and the So-Cal area.

Qualifications

• 6 months rail experience or tractor-trailer work.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months manual tractor-trailer experience.
• Chassis and container experience preferred.
• No major accidents or tickets in last 3 years.
• No DUI in last 5 years.
• Hazmat certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Local Class A routes within LA/So-Cal area.
• Home daily with AM shift 5am–7am start.
• Averaging 10+ hours per day.
• Drop and hook, no-touch freight.
