Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. in Southern California is seeking an experienced local Class A port driver to join our team. You will handle port moves with manual tractor-trailers, averaging 10+ hours daily and home daily, with a drop-and-hook, no-touch freight setup.

Shifts are AM, Monday–Friday, starting around 6am, serving Long Beach, Moreno Valley, LA and other So-Cal locations. Requires at least 6 months of manual tractor-trailer experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 6 months of manual tractor-trailer experience.
• Chassis and container handling experience.
• Rail experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or tickets in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Shifts: AM, Monday–Friday, 6am start.
• Average 10+ hours per day.
• Home daily with flat-rate pay by location; drop and hook, no touch freight.
• Operate port-to-port moves in Southern California (Long Beach, LA, Moreno Valley).
