Flowers Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) on a full-time night shift. The unit operates 3x12-hour shifts (7 pm–7 am) with Weekend Only Worker options.

Eligible nurses may receive student loan contributions up to 20k and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401k match. As a CCU RN, you will provide patient-centered care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality

Qualifikationen

• RN license and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred per unit guidelines.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with nursing process and unit protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure patient safety.
