Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory role.
- Licensing: Nevada RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional certifications may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manages one or more clinical units.
- Determine staffing levels to meet goals.
- Participate in unit budgeting.
- Monitor compliance with standards and supervise nursing staff.
