Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists patients and visitors with registration.
• May assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Coordinates patient flow using unit software and intranet.
• Schedules therapeutic and diagnostic procedures and reviews medical records for orders.
• Transfers equipment and transports patients and supplies as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the unit and supports regulatory compliance.
