Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program.
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS-HCP required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care and coordinate care for all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Document age-specific assessments and care in EMR.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications and document in EMR.
