Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a dedicated Surveillance Officer to monitor all casino areas via CCTV and live floor surveillance. You will protect assets while delivering top-tier guest service and supporting leadership with actionable information.

The role requires obtaining the IRGC license provided by Grand Falls and working a full-time swing shift with an hourly base rate plus a premium and potential profit sharing.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain IRGC license.

Responsibilities

Conduct continuous floor surveillance and monitor CCTV to protect assets.
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
Support managers and executives with information related to asset protection.
Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
