Job summary

Equix Energy Services is seeking CCTV Operators to support our Cross Bore Services Division in Melbourne, FL. The role involves performing sewer maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation tasks using CCTV equipment, while adhering to safety policies and DOT regulations.

Frequent travel within Florida is required, and the job may involve outdoor work in varying conditions. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Florida (and occasionally other states).
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks to support sewer maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation.
• Operates and maintains CCTV and related equipment.
• Follows company, OSHA, and local DOT safety policies.
• Communicates effectively with staff, clients, and homeowners.
• Travels within Florida and occasionally to other states as needed.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Performs allwork tasks required to support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and/or rehabilitation pipeline tasks
• Operation and maintenance of all equipment
• Follows all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures
• Follows local and federal DOT regulation while operating machinery and vehicles
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Must be able to communicate with other employees, clients, and homeowners
• Proficiency in utilizing QUES equipment, but not required
• Experience in running a locator with CCTV equipment

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quickly become proficient in knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Safe driving record
• This position will require frequenttravel in the State of FL and on occasion candidate must be able to travel to other states
• Excellent attention to details
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. regularly
• Physical position working outdoors requiring standing, walking, climbing, kneeling and crouching at least 50% of the time
• High School diploma or GED
• Possession of a current, appropriate and valid driver's license
• Obtain a Fed Med card
