Job summary

Equix Energy Services, a Florida-based company with offices across the state, seeks CCTV Operator for the Cross Bore Services Division in Milton, FL. The role involves field execution of sewer maintenance and inspection tasks, operating CCTV gear, and ensuring safety compliance on site.

You will work outdoors, travel within Florida as needed, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable service while maintaining a strong safety record and clear communication with clients and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Independently follow safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Hold a valid driver's license and drive as needed.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background and record checks.
• Able to travel within FL and occasionally other states.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and rehabilitation tasks.
• Operate and maintain field equipment.
• Follow DOT regulations while operating machinery and vehicles.
• Communicate with coworkers, clients, and homeowners.
• Utilize CCTV and locator equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Equix Energy Services a Florida based company with offices throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast US, provides services to the energy systems industry in both the public and private sectors. Our team of professionals have decades of experience in the natural gas and underground power distribution and transmission markets. With our dedication to the safety of our employees and that of the general public, we have openings for CCTV Operators in support of our Cross Bore Services Division.

Location: Milton, FL. Wage: Depends on Experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs allwork tasks required to support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and/or rehabilitation pipeline tasks
• Operation and maintenance of all equipment
• Follows all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures
• Follows local and federal DOT regulation while operating machinery and vehicles
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Must be able to communicate with other employees, clients, and homeowners
• Proficiency in utilizing QUES equipment, but not required
• Experience in running a locator with CCTV equipment

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quickly become proficient in knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Safe driving record
• This position will require frequenttravel in the State of FL and on occasion candidate must be able to travel to other states
• Excellent attention to details
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. regularly
• Physical position working outdoors requiring standing, walking, climbing, kneeling and crouching at least 50% of the time
• High School diploma or GED
• Possession of a current, appropriate and valid driver's license
• Obtain a Fed Med card
