Job summary

C2 Technology Group in Montgomery, AL is seeking an installation technician to deploy CCTV and video surveillance systems. You will install and terminate IP and analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and cabling, mount and aim cameras per designs, and test end-to-end functionality on project completion.

Responsibilities include site surveys, coordinating with project managers and engineers, and completing installation documentation and QA reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year installing CCTV or video surveillance systems.
• Familiar with IP-based camera platforms (Axis, Hanwha, Genetec, Milestone, or similar).
• Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs; work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures.
• Verifiable experience and character references required.
