Job summary

Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Project Technician (CCTV Operator) to operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial clients. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical aptitude and may have a background in plumbing/drain cleaning/line repair.

At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The role emphasizes safety, on-site customer interaction, and timely response to issues, with duties including equipment inspection and maintenance, and

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve drain issues.
• Background in plumbing/drain cleaning/line repair preferable.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, policies and maps.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Drive company vehicles to customer sites.
• Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV equipment and resolve issues.
• Inspect jetting equipment for proper operation.
• Prepare for each service job with pre-trip and post-trip maintenance.
• Provide customer service on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to trouble or emergency calls promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
