Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a Mainline Crew Lead – Crossbore in Morrow, GA to operate CCTV inspection equipment and robotic systems, capturing video and generating reports. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety protocols, and upload findings to GIS software.

The role requires leadership to guide crews and manage project timelines. The position targets individuals with CCTV experience, DOT medical certification, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months experience as a CCTV Operator.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Lead daily safety talks and ensure crew safety.
Manage traffic control and site maintenance per location.
Lead launch inspection and retrieval of robotic camera equipment in sewer pipelines.
Oversee technicians in daily work while operating camera systems.
Repair and maintain CCTV camera unit and coordinate software updates.
Read, analyze and identify discrepancies on maps (digital or PDF).
Daily reporting and data upload to company software.
Proficient with ArcGIS Online, Excel, Word, and email.
Complete utility inspections using approved procedures.
Work outdoors in all weather and travel as required.
Operate CCTV equipment and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Strong communication with team, clients, and public.
