Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Client Care Supervisor/Intake Coordinator to support our home health clients in Michigan. You will ensure scheduling coverage, coordinate with caregivers and staff, and help maintain high-quality client care in the home environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent work, and a compassionate, empathetic approach. Eligibility includes background checks and drug screening; full-time hours and local scheduling flexibility are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ensure the schedule is completed to retain all clients, hours, and caregivers.
• Communicate staffing and availability needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Possess a positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate a solid personal character with an empathetic personality.
• Must pass both a criminal background check and drug screen.
