Job summary

PurposeCare is recruiting On-Call Home Health Aides and CNA caregivers to support clients in their homes across the Midwest. Immediate openings with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the PurposeCare family.

Responsibilities include compassionate personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and well-being of our most vulnerable clients. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Comfort with personal care, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office
