Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to coordinate schedules and support our caregivers in delivering home-based care to clients in the Midwest.

You will ensure that client hours and caregiver coverage are maintained, while communicating staffing needs to supervisors. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to complete scheduling to retain clients, hours, and caregivers.
• Able to communicate staffing needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Empathetic personality and solid personal character.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old

• Communicate staffing and availability needs to the appropriate supervisor

• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
