PurposeCare is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to lead scheduling and caregiver coordination for our home health services in the Midwest. You will ensure client hours are covered, support caregivers, and communicate with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

The role emphasizes integrity, strong communication, and empathetic leadership. You will work with a growing team to keep clients safe and comfortable at home, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ensure the schedule is completed to retain all clients, hours, and caregivers.
• Communicate staffing and availability needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and empathy.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
