Job summary

Cornerstone, part of The Pennant Group family, presents a 12-week CCIT program in California designed to groom leaders to manage clinical services in home health and hospice.

The program offers hands-on experience in operations, finance, quality, compliance and people leadership, with a trajectory toward Director of Clinical Services and potential incentives. Relocation and travel are part of the program.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in home health and/or hospice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Commitment to CAPLICO values and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical teams during the CCIT program.
• Gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, quality, compliance, and people leadership.
• Prepare for a Director of Clinical Services role within Pennant affiliates.
• Relocate and travel as required for training and field experiences.
