Job summary

Cornerstone, part of The Pennant Group, is launching a CCO-in-Training (CCIT) program in California. This 12-week, full-time paid executive training prepares RN leaders to head clinical services in home health and hospice.

During the program, CCITs gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, quality, compliance, and people leadership, with potential to become Director of Clinical Services at a Pennant-affiliated agency.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in home health and/or hospice.
• CPR certification (nationally accredited).
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and clean driving record.
• Commitment to CAPLICO core values and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-week CCIT program to develop leadership capabilities.
• Gain hands-on experience in clinical operations, finance, quality, compliance, and people leadership.
• Prepare to transition into a Director of Clinical Services role within a Pennant-affiliated agency.
