Job summary

Cornerstone, part of The Pennant Group, is seeking entrepreneurial-minded leaders to join the CCO In Training (CCIT) program in Tennessee. The 12-week, full-time paid executive training is designed to prepare you to lead clinical services in home health, hospice, or home care settings.

As a CCIT, you will gain hands-on experience across clinical, operational and administrative management, shadow department heads, and lead real-time projects while developing staffing and community growth

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health or hospice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Enthusiasm and passion for caring for others.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Immersive, on-the-job training across clinical, operational and administrative management functions.
• Shadow department heads and staff to understand agency operations.
• Lead real-time projects and contribute to improvements.
• Prepare for a Director-level role by mastering staffing and community growth initiatives.
• Study relevant state regulations and CAPLICO values in daily practice.
