Job summary

A leading urgent care provider in Freehold is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (CCMA) to provide patient care in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include obtaining patient vitals, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with preference given to AMT registered and AAMA certified applicants. This position offers a salary of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Up to one year of related experience and/or training is acceptable.
• Preferred qualifications include AMT registration and AAMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient vitals and medical history.
• Perform lab tests and maintain equipment.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Document patient immunizations accurately.
