A leading urgent care provider in New Jersey is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide general medical care under supervision. Responsibilities include obtaining patient vitals, administering medications, and performing laboratory tests. Candidates should have an Associate's degree, relevant experience, and certification preferred. This position offers a flexible schedule and various health benefits.

Formación

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training.
• AMT registered and AAMA Certified Medical Assistants preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Draw blood and prepare labs for processing.
• Ensure all ordered tests are performed accurately.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
