Alliance Spine and Pain Centers in Woodstock, GA is seeking eager Clinical Certified Medical Assistants to join our ASC and clinic teams. You will support top providers, prepare patients, collect samples, and manage front-line duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Clinical Certified Medical Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR AED certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in a medical office.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and correct spelling of medications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits by directing them to the pre-operative area and collecting samples.
• Explain visit purpose and obtain appropriate consent.
• Record vital signs and medical history; report abnormalities.
• Assist nurse with prescriptions and document in EMR.
• Maintain pre-operative and PACU rooms and restock supplies.
• Make post-operative calls as required.
• Document workflows and ensure chart completion by end of day.
• Complete prior authorizations within 72 hours.
• Notify patients about authorization progress.
• Ensure clinic rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily.
