CCL Label is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for the 3rd shift in Lumberton, NJ. Starting pay is $25 per hour, with 15% premium for the 3rd shift on top of base wage. CCL Label - Lumberton - Flexographic Press Operator - 3rd Shift

The 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, while the 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation:

Starting pay begins at $25 per hour, with final rates determined by your professional background. Additionally, we provide a 10% shift premium for 2nd shift and a 15% shift premium for 3rd shift on top of your base hourly wage.

• Proven background in operating Flexographic printing machinery.
• Basic proficiency in utilizing computer systems for daily tasks.
• Ability to support team efficiency by regularly lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to put in extra hours as production demands arise.
• Successful completion of a standard drug test and background check.
