Job summary

Metropolitan Family Services seeks a full-time CCBHC Team Lead for our Merrionette Park office. You will supervise and coordinate services, ensure medical necessity, and uphold Medicaid and CCBHC standards while promoting integrated, whole-person care.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and licensure eligibility (LPC/LSW). The position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must be eligible for LPC or LSW licensure.
• Proficiency in IM-CANS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and knowledge of ASAM criteria

Responsibilities

• Reviews and completes IM+CANS assessments and treatment plans.
• Reviews documentation prior to team and clinical supervisor review.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services and stays attuned to client service needs.

We are looking for a full-timeCCBHC Team Leadto join ourMerrionette Park office.

SALARY:The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of$72,000-$82,000annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus for first-time employees with MFS! ($1,250 on the first paycheck and $1,250 after 6 months of employment).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• ReviewsandcompletesIM+CANSassessments and treatment plans, ensuring medical necessity and compliance with Medicaid,and CCBHC standards.
• Reviews documentation prior to team and clinical supervisor review.
• Responsible formaintainingquality and quantity of services. Keeps abreast of client service needs andparticipatesin planning for them.
• Promotes an integrated, whole-person approach to care that addresses clients' behavioral health, physical health, and safety needs.
• Services are grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Cultivatesa positive, collaborativeteamculture.
• Managesdaily operations, including scheduling, performance metrics, andinter-departmentalservice integration.
• Deliversservices in the home, community settings,and virtually, asappropriate.
• Provides on-call consultation for the team in collaboration with the clinical supervisor.

REQUIREDEDUCATION,CERTIFICATIONS,CREDENTIALSand/orEXPERIENCE:

• Master's Degree in Social Work,Counseling orrelated field froman accredited college or university.
• Must beeligible oraLicensedProfessional Counselor (LPC) or LicensedSocial Worker (LSW).
• Proficiencyin IM-CANS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and knowledge of ASAM criteria

TRAVEL BETWEEN SITES:

• Driving for work required with a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites required
• Mustpossessa validIllinois Driver's License andaccess toreliable transportation.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate objects or controls, and occasionally, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
