Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Project Director to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and operational direction for large-scale initiatives and system transformation.

You will plan, implement, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance for CCBHC certification and Rural Health Transformation, collaborating with executive and clinical teams, state and federal partners, and community

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, business administration, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or integrated care.
• Experience with federal or state grants or large-scale program implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and oversee CCBHC implementation and Rural Health Transformation efforts.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and program success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous quality improvement across programs.
• Prepare outcomes reports for leadership and governing bodies.
