Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to develop and execute a comprehensive CCaaS transformation strategy aligned with the company’s vision. You will lead strategic initiatives, communicate progress to stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends to grow and differentiate our CCaaS offerings.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of global service technology solutions, build senior-level relationships, and drive platform migrations and large-scale rollouts with offshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology transformation, focusing on CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• 7+ years of leading large-scale transformation projects and driving organizational change.
• 7+ years in strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• 7+ years with CCaaS technologies including migration and implementation across platforms like AWS, Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex global Service tech solutions for CCaaS.
• Develop relationships with senior management and identify follow-on project opportunities.
• Manage platform migration and global rollout strategy and execution.
