Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Transformation leader to develop and implement a comprehensive CCaaS transformation strategy aligned with our vision and business goals. You will lead initiatives to enhance and differentiate our CCaaS offerings, communicating goals and progress to stakeholders, while staying ahead of industry trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology transformation focusing on CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
7+ years selling and leading large-scale transformation projects.
7+ years in strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, change management.
7+ years with CCaaS technologies and migrations on platforms such as AWS, Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of global Service tech solutions for CCaaS and customer channel solutions.
Develop relationships with senior management and identify follow-on opportunities.
Plan and execute platform migration and global rollout strategies; manage on-shore and off-shore teams.
Collaborate with software/tech partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Outline delivery milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk, and mitigate plans.
