Job summary
Accenture seeks a delivery lead to manage end-to-end CCaaS implementations for global, large-scale service technology projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals with business outcomes and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
You will provide strategic guidance to optimize CCaaS platforms, foster strong client relationships, and drive adoption of best practices across delivery teams. Travel to support client needs as required is expected.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Conversational AI, CCaaS, and FDE skills.
- 3+ years designing, architecting, and delivering cloud contact center platforms.
- 3+ years aligning tech with contact center metrics and performance.
- 3+ years delivering CCaaS with multiple channel capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementations for global, large-scale services.
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize CCaaS platforms for clients.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
- Plan delivery with Agile, manage on-/off-shore teams, and track risks.
- Develop epics and stories from high-level requirements and business needs.
- Oversee UI/UX vision and design in service-focused projects.
- Engage client stakeholders for funding, scope, and timelines.
- Contribute to ongoing methodologies and offerings.
