Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to drive CCaaS and cloud-based contact center strategy for enterprise clients in California. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore partners.

Based in the Walnut Creek area, you will work with client executives, design scalable migrations, and shape offerings while leveraging Accenture’s capabilities in AWS, Google CCAI, Genesys, and more.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology transformation with CCaaS or cloud contact centers.
7+ years leading large-scale transformation projects and change management.
7+ years strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
7+ years CCaaS technologies and migration/implementation across platforms (AWS, Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of global Service tech solutions for CCaaS.
Build relationships with senior management and identify follow-on opportunities.
Guide platform migration and global rollout strategy.
Collaborate with technology partners to design service-focused solutions.
Plan delivery with Agile, manage scope, budget, risk, and milestones.
Oversee on-site and offshore project teams.
Translate business requirements into epics and user stories.
Lead experience-led teams in vision and UI/UX.
