CycleBar is seeking a part-time CBX - CycleBar Experience Associate to provide an inviting and energetic guest experience. You will help manage check-ins, reservations, and memberships while supporting daily studio operations and customer service. Prior sales exposure and bilingual abilities are a plus.

You will assist instructors with class flow, keep the studio clean, and contribute to a memorable CycleBar experience that supports community engagement and a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests and members in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with check-in procedures, class reservations, and membership inquiries using the studio's management software.
• Prepare the studio for classes by setting up bikes, ensuring equipment is clean and functional, and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Support instructors by managing class flow, distributing towels and water, and addressing any guest needs during sessions.
• Handle retail sales, including merchandise and class packages, while providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and studio areas throughout the day.
• Collaborate with team members to promote upcoming events, special offers, and community initiatives.
