Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and extensive transit operations experience.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong CBTC knowledge and experience with CBTC modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the operational readiness and transformation plan for CBTC.
• Define requirements for organization, operations, maintenance, workforce, technology, and governance.
• Identify staffing, training, procedures, and resource gaps and plan mitigation.
• Establish milestones, deliverables, KPIs, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure readiness for CBTC implementation.
• Develop training, operating procedures, and workforce transition strategies.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce readiness reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
