Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Behavior Specialist to support delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within treatment programs. The role involves assessing behavior, designing plans, training patients and support persons, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and tracking progress to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include providing CBT groups, participating in supervision, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential, if applicable.
• CBT experience preferred (12 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups, to patients under supervision.
• Participate in supervision sessions and communicate patient progress and care plan changes.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust plans in consultation with the Clinical leader.
• Document mental health services and ensure timely, accurate records.
