Responsibilities include leading individual and group CBT-based coaching, guiding clients on nutrition, fitness, and personal growth, and collaborating with medical staff to integrate behavioral support with clinical care.

Qualifications

• Experience: CBT, weight loss coaching/behavioral change, and wellness coaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients.
• Willingness to train in our evidence-based, holistic approach integrating personal growth principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group coaching sessions using CBT principles.
• Guide clients to develop and follow daily plans for nutrition, fitness, and personal growth.
