Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers is seeking therapists to deliver CBT for anxiety across age groups in a full‑time role at our Oak Brook, IL facility. The position emphasizes collaborative care, ongoing education, and a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, school counseling, or related field leading to licensure.
• Interest in specializing in CBT for anxiety and related disorders.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to receive and integrate feedback in a growth‑oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety‑related conditions.
• Clinical management of all assigned cases.
• Communicate and consult with care teams including guardians, families, and other stakeholders.
• Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate.
• Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies and external institutions.
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely manner.
• Complete trainings and continuing education to stay informed on evidence‑based protocols.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in supervision and contribute to team culture.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives beyond clinical duties.
