Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs grounds and landscape maintenance services at multiple Company and contract locations.

• Performs grounds/landscape maintenance in a professional manner, ensuring a neat and attractive appearance; duties include lawn care, planting, weeding, trimming, irrigation repairs, etc.
• Maintains landscape supply inventory, anticipating needed supplies and notifying the supervisor when orders are required to avoid delays.
• Ensures all landscape equipment is operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
• Interacts cooperatively with customers and team members to accomplish duties efficiently and effectively.
