Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking surge support specialists to provide operations, administrative, and logistics coordination for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP) across CONUS and OCONUS sites. The role focuses on tailoring deployment plans, data management, and support for CBRN detection capabilities.

The position requires experience with MDDP, strong writing and planning skills, and the ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience on an MDDP team or DHS/DOD CBRNE operations.
• Strong writing, planning, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and support surge deployments, NSSE, and contingency operations.
• NIMS/ICS certifications or coursework.
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to the specific locality supported based on constraints and environment.
• Develop and support deployment plans and strategies for MDDP CBRN operations.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN, etc.) to support data/knowledge management.
• Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support document development, strategic planning, and SOPs for CBRN detection operations.
• Identify training requirements and develop MDDP training plans and documentation.
• Administer MDDP property management and travel to MDDP locations across the United States.
• Inform development of operational support products and create concept of operations and handbooks.
