Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a seasoned operations and logistics specialist to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). You will tailor deployment plans, manage data, and coordinate requests across national and international sites, including travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

You will work with DHS toolsets, organize training, and help develop SOPs and handbooks, while ensuring strong reporting and policy adherence. A five-year track record and security clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience.
• CBRN detection operations understanding and reporting.
• Certifications in NIMS/ICS (ICS-100/200/700).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Tailor products and services to local constraints.
• Develop deployment plans and strategies for MDDP.
• Interface with DHS toolsets to support data management.
• Coordinate MDDP tasking, operations requests, and deployment data.
• Develop training plans and training documentation systems.
• Manage MDDP property, fleet, and inventory; travel may be required.
• Contribute to CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, and handbooks.
