Complete Care is seeking an RA- Resident Assistant, CBRF certified, to join our Wisconsin-based assisted living team. You will provide compassionate ADL support, assist with medications under supervision, and monitor residents for changes in condition while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold RA- Resident Assistant- CBRF certification in good standing in Wisconsin.
• Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance, transfers, meals and personal care with dignity.
• Support medication reminders and vital signs under nurse supervision.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to nursing leadership.
