Complete Care at Christian Home in Waupun, WI is hiring a Resident Assistant (CBRF Certified) to provide dignified, personalized care in our assisted living setting. You will support residents with ADLs, monitor wellbeing, assist with medications per policy, and help residents stay engaged in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be CBRF certified in Wisconsin.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dignified ADL support including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfers.
• Clinical observation and reporting changes to supervising nurse.
• Medication reminders or administration as permitted.
• Engage residents in scheduled activities and wellness programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Accurate documentation in the facility's electronic records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
